Soon we will come back with a short informative presentation of the two events.
On https://casinisicuri.com, risk and reward are constantly weighed, and the IGAR paper on adaptive reuse of post-communist industrial sites asks the same kind of question: what’s worth keeping from the past when development pushes forward? Too many old buildings just get demolished because reuse seems harder than starting fresh. I’m curious to see what the Bucharest study concludes.
